Bilateral Reverse Shoulder Prosthesis Long-therm Follow-up: A Case Report

Purpose: Reverse shoulder prosthesis is a method used after massive rotator cuff tears. It surgical to improve functions and cope with pain. Long-term results of physiotherapy programs applied surgery are insufficient. The aim this study investigate the long-term reverse both shoulders.
 Methods: A 66-year-old female patient tear on shoulders was included in study. After surgery, 40 sessions were left 45 right shoulder, followed for 6 years 8 years. VAS pain, goniometer active range motion, constant score questionnaire functionality evaluations.
 Results: Significant differences found preoperative postoperative evaluation terms activities daily living motion patient. While Constant scores 32 34 calculated as 84 shoulders.
